Celebrity chef Alison Roman has welcomed her first child!
Roman, 39, took to Instagram on Friday morning to share the exciting news that she and her husband Max Cantor had welcomed a beautiful baby boy.
“Might never do or make anything this good ever again,” she began her post.

“Charlie Davis Roman Cantor simply could not wait to join us. Adamant to be a Capricorn and not an Aquarius, coming almost a month early to give us the most perfect, wonderful surprise.”
She shared that his “head is the shape of a peach” adding that it’s covered in “strawberry blonde fuzz”.
“He loves milk and peeing on his dad,” she continued.
“We ate pizza in bed together last night for Max’s birthday, the three of us as a family.
“We both cried the whole time. Charlie held our fingers and Max said it was the best birthday he’s ever had.”

Roman announced her pregnancy back in September.
She again shared the news on her Instagram in a post that at first glance, seemed like it was intended to commemorate her first wedding anniversary.
In the images, Roman wore the same dress she wore to her wedding rehearsal dinner, except this time she looked a little different.

“I still fit into it, sort of. I cried on and off all day thinking of how lucky I am to have found such a big, outrageous love in my lifetime with the best, most wonderful person I have ever had the privilege of knowing,” she wrote, celebrating her and Cantor’s one year anniversary.
“How lucky is this baby to have you as their dad? Crying again now, thinking how we both are so, so lucky.
“Thank you for taking care of me and for learning to cook when I couldn’t, sort of (keeping me in cold fruit and beige starch was the directive and you did great). I love you the most most most.”
