Social media star Sophia Grace Brownlee has kickstarted 2025 with some major news.
Brownlee found fame on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2011 for singing Nicki Minaj’s Super Bass with her cousin Rosie McClelland when she was just eight years old.
Just days into the new year, the now 21-year-old has shared an exciting announcement: she’s welcomed her second child!

Brownlee confirmed the news on Instagram on January 6 with three photos holding her newborn daughter while obscuring the baby’s face from the camera.
The star simply captioned the pics with her daughter’s birth date, who she welcomed on December 29, 2024.

The post was inundated with messages congratulating the second-time mum.
The star’s cousin Rosie, who was five when they first appeared on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show and is now 18, wrote: “So proud of you, love you both so much 💕”
She was also present at Brownlee’s baby shower in November 2024.
Brownlee confirmed in September she was having a girl with a wholesome cake gender reveal video posted to her Instagram.
The 21-year-old first announced she was expecting again in April 2024 on YouTube.

“I am so excited to be doing this video, I’ve been hiding this for a super long time,” she said in the video, titled, “I’m pregnant with baby number two”.
As for why she waited to confirm the news, Brownlee explained: “As a very paranoid, very anxious person, I always like to wait until I’m at least like around the 20-week mark.”

Reality star couple’s surprising news after vulnerable admission
Brownlee already has a one-year-old son, River, who she welcomed in February 2023.
She has kept her relationship with her longtime boyfriend and the father of her two children private over the years.
The star was pregnant with her first child when she was 19 years old.
In a 2022 interview with E! News, Brownlee opened up about people commenting on her being pregnant at a young age, acknowledging “everyone’s gonna have their different opinions.”
“I just feel it’s about the person themselves,” she said.
“And as long as you feel ready and it’s something that you’re happy about, then it’s really no one else’s problem.”
